Briskly walk for half an hour daily. This is the best exercise to burn fat content and brings down calories. Practice aerobic exercise if not going for walk. This has multiple advantages of maintaining blood circulation and body metabolism along with burning your fat. If your schedule does not permit you for walking daily then prefer to walk whenever you can. Go by walk to the nearest store or parlor. If you are returning home in time then spend that time in walking or doing exercises. It is good to walk for 20 minutes after taking dinner.

Finish your dinner at least two hours before going to sleep, so that the intestine completes the process of digestion fully. If any amount of undigested food is left in your body it would build up as fat or unabsorbed nutrients which count for your extra pounds. Always eat less food during night. Avoid alcohol and stop smoking. While you are in a diet, it is not true that you can never take your favorite pasta or ice cream. You can take it once in a while but remember to exercise more on that day to shed off the extra fat and calories.
